....And coming soon....
...so stay tuned...!

When dogs arrive at our kennel, they often need socialization and medical treatment before they can be available for adoption. Dogs listed here are not quite ready to be adopted yet so we cannot schedule showings for you to meet them. If you would like to inquire about their status and express your interest please contact us though at adopt@crcpa.org. Thank you.

The dogs below are not CRCPA dogs. They are either with another rescue or with a local family who is hoping that through posting their dog online we will be able to place them in a home without the dog ever needing to come into the kennel (which can be quite stressful.) If you are interested in any of the dogs below please reach out to The Canine Rescue of Central PA at 717-232-1644 or at adopt@crcpa.org. We will put you in contact with the person or organization. All dogs posted under courtesy post are not affiliated with the rescue. All agreements are with the dogs owner not Canine Rescue of Central PA.

This is Logan, and he's a very friendly, sweet, happy and intelligent boy! Logan is about 70 pounds and 4 to 5 years old. He loves his foster family and needs to be included in everything they do. Logan has a good bit of energy, and enjoys sleeping on couches or playing fetch with his foster dad. He is good with other larger dogs and has not met a human he hasn't liked. However, he absolutely cannot be in a home with cats or other small animals.
Logan would do best in a home with a canine brother or sister to play with, and an active family that will take him on adventures and involve him as much as possible. He is crate trained and learning basic commands. He has not been around children yet, but would probably do best with older kids since he can be rambunctious at times and may knock small children over by accident.
You can learn more about Logan & contact info on who to contact if you are interested in him here: https://www.petfinder.com/…/b…/furry-friends-network-pa131/…
