Vendor Commitments: Registration fee, item donation for raffle, self-advertise to your customer base
Vendor General Info:
• Each vendor spot is 10’ x 10’.
• One business per spot.
• Registration fee is non-refundable.
• Two 8-foot tables & 2 chairs will be provided for each indoor vendor, but vendors must have their own tablecloths.
• Outdoor vendors provide their own tables, chairs, & canopies. Canopies must be weighed down.
• WiFi is not available. Please bring personal hotspots if needed.
• Vendors must stay until the end of the event (2 PM) – no early dismantling of tables.
• Spaces will be assigned by rescue volunteers & labeled with a #.
• Items donated for the raffle can be given to a rescue volunteer the morning of the event. Please let the volunteer know your business name & what the item’s value is.
• After unloading your vehicle, please park across the street at the park.
• Hazardous items cannot be sold or displayed at Christmas in July. Absolutely no gang or drug-related paraphernalia will be allowed on the premises. Canine Rescue of Central PA has the right to restrict these items and close your booth for such activities and all fees/donations will not be refunded.
